When it comes to computer disposals, Coast2Coast Computers are happy to accommodate the individual needs of each and every client.
If the client does not have an inventory of their stock for disposal, Coast2Coast Computers will visit the client and inspect the disposal stock. If there is any possibility of disposal costs, these will be discussed at this point.
Once the client has agreed on the particular computer disposals service they wish to use and accepted our terms, the finer detail of residual values can be discussed.
We will then jointly agree a mutually acceptable date for collection of the client's stock for disposal. Normally this involves no more than two members of staff, to reduce any possibility of disturbance in the clients’ normal day-to-day running of their business.
If stock and time requires more than two people, agreement and notification is made before collection date. From the time the stock is removed from site, it becomes our responsibility. The computer disposals stock is removed to safe storage in Littlehampton. The stock is evaluated for its condition, both mechanical and physical, and all trace of origin including tags and ID are removed. A report is compiled to include each units condition with its own identification, make and serial no. A copy of this report is available to the client after each stock evaluation. Once this is done the data erasing process takes place.
